There is no separate catering menu to decode. You pick from the dishes on our regular menu, we build them into trays, and we tell you how many people each tray feeds. That is the whole system.
Everything is 100% halal, which matters more for catering than for a table for two - when you are feeding an office or a mosque event or a mixed family gathering, one halal kitchen means nobody has to ask what they can eat.
Hummus, baba ghanouj, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, kibbeh and Jerusalem salad with warm pita. The easiest thing to put in the middle of a table.
Beef and chicken shawarma, chicken, lamb and kefta kabobs, with saffron rice and grilled vegetables. The workhorse of an office lunch.
